Impressions of nonfiction texts. What do you think about these kinds of books? How do you think children will respond to these types of books?
From what I know about nonfictional text, which isn't much, they don't seem very interesting. Nonfiction just doesn't seem like they would be fun to read. To be honest, I've never really read much nonfictional text for fun. I think children will respond the same way as I did, but it's our responsibility to change their views and open their eyes to the different kinds of text.
